CONGRESS

From 14 to 18 September 2026, the Fondazione Bioparco di Roma (Viale del Giardino Zoologico 20, Rome) will host a unique joint congress bringing together the XXXI Congress of the Italian Society of Ethology (SIE) and the XXVICongress of the Italian Association of Primatologists (API).

For the first time, the two congresses will be organized together, with a structured program that includes the SIE Congress from 14 to 16 September and the API Congress from 16 to 18 September, featuring a shared overlapping day dedicated to discussion and exchange between the two scientific communities.

This initiative aims to promote dialogue, collaboration, and integration between closely interconnected disciplines such as Ethology and Primatology, creating new opportunities for networking and scientific development.

On 16 September, the social dinner will take place, jointly organized by the two Associations. The event, informal in nature and without table service, is designed to encourage social interaction and communication among participants from both API and SIE.
