Registration Fees SIE

The deadline for early registration and for the submission of abstracts for oral and poster presentations has been extended to June 15.

PLEASE NOTE: Following further clarification of the registration fee categories, participants are kindly requested to carefully verify their status as “Academic/non Academic Professionals ” or “Students/Non-Professionals ” according to the guidelines provided below:

Academic/non Academic Professionals - all individuals holding an active employment contract (permanent or fixed-term), e.g., with Universities, public or private Research Institutions, Public Administration, or Museums, Bioparks, and Zoos (e.g., faculty members, researchers, technical and administrative staff, postdoctoral fellow, research contract holders, zoo keepers, other).

Students/Non-Professionals – all individuals without an active employment contract, e.g., with Universities, public or private Research Institutions, Public Administration, or Museums, Bioparks, and Zoos (e.g., undergraduate and graduate students, graduates within 24 months of completing their degree, PhD students with or without a scholarship, scholarship or fellowship holders, independent researchers without stable affiliation, other). 

Registration for the SIE Congress can be completed exclusively via the dedicated registration form, accessible through the link below, starting February 1, 2026, with the corresponding bank transfer made to the SIE account:

JOINT REGISTRATION for both SIE and API Congresses requires completing BOTH REGISTRATION FORMS (SIE and API), which can be accessed via the links on each Congress page. Additionally, TWO SEPARATE BANK TRANSFERS must be made:

• One payable to SIE;

• One payable to API (for API account details, please visit: https://www.congressosieapi2026.it/eng/xxvi-api-congress/fees-and-registration-api).

Each transfer must be for 50% of the total joint registration fee. For example, if the total fee is €120.00, you must make two separate transfers of €60.00 each—one to SIE and one to API.

SOCIAL DINNER

On September 16, the joint social dinner of the two Associations (SIE + API) will take place. The dinner, self-service and informal, is designed to encourage socializing and interaction among participants of the SIE and API Congresses.

The social dinner fee must be paid separately from the congress registration fee. Regardless of whether you are participating in the SIE Congress, the API Congress, or both (SIE+API), the social dinner fee MUST be paid into the API account.
