GUIDELINES FOR THE PREPARATION AND SUBMISSION OF ABSTRACTSÂ
For the preparation of abstracts related to oral communications or posters, please follow the editorial guidelines below:
Language: English
Format: Arial, size 12; justified text; single line spacing
Author names: full names in bold, with the name of the author presenting the contribution (oral communication or poster) underlined
Affiliations: indicated in full, without abbreviations, and linked to the authors by superscript numbers
Keywords: up to a maximum of 5, separated by commas
Main text: maximum 1500 characters (including spaces)
Citations, tables, and figures: must not be included
Please note that abstract submission is possible exclusively during the Early Registration period, from 1 February to 24 May 2026. After this date, it will no longer be possible to submit contributions.
The abstract must be uploaded within the registration form as a file (accepted formats: .pdf, .doc, .docx, .odt). The file must include, in the following order: title, author name(s), affiliations, keywords and abstract text.
Each participant, as presenting author, may submit a maximum of one poster and one oral communication.
GUIDELINES FOR THE SUBMISSION OF CONTRIBUTIONSÂ
Oral communications will be presented during plenary sessions. Presentations may be delivered in either Italian or English; however, slides must be prepared in English in order to facilitate comprehension by invited speakers and non-Italian-speaking participants.
Posters, in A0 format (84.1 Ă— 118.9 cm, portrait orientation), must be prepared in English.
